With up $20,000 worth of savings for first home buyers in regional Victoria, including the Greater Geelong area where Harriott resides, it’s worth knowing what you’re entitled to.

What do you need to do to qualify?

• Be buying or building a brand new residential property OR
• Sign a contract for a new build before 30 June 2020
• If you qualify, you’ll receive a $20,000 payment from the State Government otherwise known as the First Home Owners Grant (FHOG)
