We’re delighted to share that Harriott has been selected as finalist in the UDIA Victoria Awards for Excellence for Residential Subdivision.

This prestigious award nomination recognises the best emerging communities across Victoria, who have demonstrated proficiency at each stage of the development process.

Since acquiring the 34.88-hectare masterplan in 2018, Jinding has sought to create a masterplan that would deliver better outcomes for local council, the wider community and Harriott’s residents for many generations to come.

Since its market launch in 2019, Harriott has proven popular with residents in the local area and sea-changers drawn to its unique location between city and surf, beautiful green spaces, and pedestrian thoroughfare to nearby amenities.

So far, the community has recorded $135 million in sales with 72 per cent of the 575 lots sold.

This award follows, Harriott nabbing several prestigious award nominations including the Property Council of Australia’s Innovation Awards and The Urban Developer Awards for Excellence in the category for Development of The Year – New Communities.
