Our Harriott at Armstrong Creek community has nabbed a second prestigious award nomination hot on the heels of being named a finalist in the Property Council of Australia’s Innovation Awards.
Harriott has been named a finalist in The Urban Developer Awards for Development of the Year – New Communities, recognising the best emerging communities around Australia.
Harriott has been well received since its market launch in 2019 with the opportunity of a lifestyle change helping to lure buyers seeking green space, access to nearby amenities and recreational areas via cycling and walking paths.
So far, the community has recorded $132 million in sales with 71 per cent of the 575 lots sold.
Our innovative approach to the masterplan ensured the incorporation of 125 additional lots as well as 12 lifestyle allotments to ensure ongoing stewardship of the land fronting the spectacular Sparrovale Wetlands – a world-class 500-hectare nature reserve.
