Our Harriott at Armstrong Creek community has nabbed a second prestigious award nomination hot on the heels of being named a finalist in the Property Council of Australia’s Innovation Awards.

Harriott has been named a finalist in The Urban Developer Awards for Development of the Year – New Communities, recognising the best emerging communities around Australia.

Harriott has been well received since its market launch in 2019 with the opportunity of a lifestyle change helping to lure buyers seeking green space, access to nearby amenities and recreational areas via cycling and walking paths.

So far, the community has recorded $132 million in sales with 71 per cent of the 575 lots sold.
