The first homes are now under construction on Stages 4 and 4B at Harriott, which means it won’t be long until another 62 residents will begin to call Harriott home!

Sue, Future Resident
It’s a time of excitement and anticipation for retiree Sue watching her first ‘new’ home being built at Harriott in Armstrong Creek.
“This is my first new build, so it’s very exciting,” says Sue.
“I’m very much looking forward to moving in and putting up all the artwork I’ve collected over the years, so I can appreciate it again.”
Sue purchased a house and land package and now regularly visits Harriott to watch the building progress on her three-bedroom, two bathroom house, which will feature a low maintenance garden.
An avid traveller, Sue decided to settle down along Victoria’s beautiful surf coast, choosing Harriott for its location, with shops and services within walking distance of her new home.
“Harriott is in the perfect location for when I can no longer drive, close to all the services I’ll need, as well as a good fit for my budget and moving timeframe.”
Harley, Future Resident
For surfer and Ballarat local Harley, a desire to move closer to the beach sparked the search for a new home that would offer his family a seachange.
Harley along with his wife Wilawin and three children Esther, Olivia and Anika, say they found the perfect location in Harriott at Armstrong Creek. Harley says the position close to the beach and a nearby park, along with a price that suited their budget, made it an easy decision to make the move.
“The location was ideal, and we decided on a smaller block of land near the park, so I wouldn’t be gardening every weekend and the kids had somewhere to play,” says Harley.
Harriott’s location is exactly what they wanted – close to the beach, shops, cafes, and schools, which is perfect for the kids.
“We’ll probably never sell because it’s such a fantastic location and we couldn’t live anywhere better.”
The Baileys purchased a house and land package and are awaiting completion of their two-storey home, situated near Harriott’s Central Park, which features a fitness circuit, meditation lawn and picnic areas.
