From new residents to early earthworks, there has been a hive of construction activity at Harriott, with works taking place across 184 sites for new homes.

Stages 4 & 4B

Titles have been received and settlements will soon be underway. Builders can access the site to complete soil testing and prepare for building works to commence.

Stages 5, 6 and 8A

Earthworks and the installation of drainage is now complete on Stages 5, 6 and 8A. The installation of sewer and services is underway, with roads commencing on Stage 5. With recent wet weather impacting scheduled works, the current program anticipates settlements for Stage 5 to take place in Q1 2023 and Q2 2023 for Stages 6 and 8A.

With many new developments ahead, including the beginning of works on many sites for new homes at Harriott, Jinding is pleased to share the anticipated title dates for Stages 5-8B, 11 and 12.

Titles being received is the final step before Jinding’s conveyancer contacts your solicitor to schedule the settlement of your lot. This will occur after all construction and authority approvals are complete.
