To make it easier for first home buyers to purchase, the Federal Government has announced its NEW Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee (RFHBG). This gives 10,000 first time buyers the opportunity to enter the housing market in regional locations, like Harriott, in Armstrong Creek.

The RFHBG enables first home buyers to secure their first home by offering a guarantee for up to 15% of the value of the property. This means buyers can purchase a home with as little as a 5% deposit without the additional cost of Lenders Mortgage Insurance.

Under the RFHBG, buyers at Harriott can purchase a house and land package up to $800,000 with a government guarantee. Here’s some of our current packages available in Stage 12 to take advantage of this new government initiative:

Buyers wishing to take advantage of the RFHBG must apply through one of the schemes participating lenders and meet the eligibility criteria.

These 10,000 places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis from October 2022 to 30 June 2023. With these new allowances, this is the perfect time to secure your home site at Harriott, Armstrong Creek.
