Jinding is pleased to share with you the latest progress on site at Harriott, Armstrong Creek.

Across Stages 1, 2 and 3 it’s a very exciting time for our new community with the first homes now complete and first residents beginning to move into the estate.

The central reserve that stretches across Harriott’s masterplan is also now complete. Featuring lush native plants, picnic facilities, and lawn areas – the linear reserve is ready for you to enjoy on your next visit to Harriott.

For Stages 4 and 4B, road works continue to progress. These works will achieve PC in the coming month, with 62 home sites anticipated to settle in September 2022.

Early earthworks have also commenced across Stages 5, 6, and 8A, which will see another 122 sites ready for new homes in Q1 2023.
