Jinding is delighted to announce that Harriott has been selected as a finalist in The Urban Developer awards for Industry Excellence in the category for Design Innovation. The Urban Developer has highlighted the quantity and calibre of submissions this year, which is a beautiful reflection of the industry’s standard across both Australia and New Zealand. For Harriott, Armstrong Creek the process to remove the HVOTL infrastructure, and develop an innovative solution for the 4.6hectare green wedge at the site’s northern boundary highlights Jindings’ foresight and commitment to good design. This will pay long-term dividends for all stakeholders including the developers, the local council, the environment, and many generations of future residents.

Winners will be announced in early August at The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence Gala Night, alongside the urbanity conference for industry professionals.
