It’s been an exciting year with the first homes underway in stages 1 and 2.

For Stage 3 statement of compliance has been achieved and the stage will be lodged at the titles office in the coming week. Titles are anticipated to be received in the new year with settlements to take place in January.

Earthworks have also begun on Stage 4 and 4B which will see another 62 lots completed mid 2022, ready for new homes.

Construction has also begun on the green spine that lies at the Centre of Harriott’s masterplan. This future linear park will place every home with 170m of green space to play.
