Jinding is thrilled to share this construction update for Stages 1 to 3 at Harriott, Armstrong Creek.

Practical Completion has been achieved on Stage 2, and authority compliance checks are underway. We will provide an update on settlement timings once final approvals have been obtained and Statement of Compliance is achieved.

Works on Stage 1, as well as the wetland and intersection on Barwon Heads Road are now complete with Practical Completion anticipated in the coming fortnight.

For Stage 3, earthworks are now complete, and the excavation of sewer trenches is nearing completion. The installation of water and drainage works are underway.
