It’s been a busy six months at Armstrong Creek and since our launch we’ve had the pleasure of meeting and talking with many members of the local community. Amongst all of the conversations, we’ve been listening and many key themes started to emerge.
This lead us to ask more questions and now, whilst continuing to listen and ask more questions, we’ve got some big changes to announce based on your feedback!
Same team, same development, NEW NAME!
Your feedback is important, and many people we spoke to felt that they didn’t really understand the name or it’s linkage to the development. It is only a name, but we want the future residents of this community to be proud of the place they call home and feel a strong connection to the vision and identity. As a result, we have changed the name of the development to Harriott at Armstrong Creek. Located on Harriott Road, Armstong Creek, the new name has a much stronger connection to the land and local area. From initial feedback it seems people also have an easier name pronouncing it when seeing it for the first time and generally like it!
Parklands
Visitors to our sales suite during March had the opportunity to tell us what they would like to see in the central parklands coming to Harriott at Armstrong Creek. Again, there was some key themes that we are now considering in our design development including spaces to get active with furry friends and gathering spaces for BBQs – thank you for your assistance!
Ongoing Communication
Whilst we are all at home, we want to continue to bring you updates on the development, tips and advice and introduce you to the Armstrong Creek area. Our registered VIP’s were recently surveyed to find out when was the best time for us to host live sessions with our Estate Manager, Development team and our partners. We will be scheduling our updates according to this feedback as well as recording or providing all information as article content for those that can’t tune in live.
