Significant progress has been made across the Harriott Armstrong Creek community over the past few months, with key infrastructure and recreational works well underway to enhance connectivity, liveability, and open space for all residents.
Stage 09 Construction Underway
Construction has commenced on Stage 09, which once complete, will see a collection of double-storey 2, 3, and 4-bedroom Townhomes by Nostra Homes. Known as the Reserve Release, these homes are ideally located opposite Harkness Reserve, offering residents a direct connection to green space while only moments from shops and everyday conveniences.
Titles for these Townhomes are anticipated for Q1 2026.
Harkness Boulevard Intersection
Works are progressing on the new signalised intersection at Harkness Boulevard and Barwon Heads Road. Delivered by Geelong-based contractor Wellam, in partnership with Major Road Projects Victoria, this upgrade will significantly improve access to and from the community.
Traffic management and signage remain in place throughout the works, which are expected to be completed by Spring 2025.
Hilltop Park Nearing Completion
Exciting developments continue at Hilltop Park, with play equipment now installed and final landscaping works underway. Delivered in partnership with Fleetwood Urban, BC Gardens and Spiire, the park is on track for completion within the coming weeks and set to open to the public in Spring 2025.
Designed as a vibrant community space, Hilltop Park will feature:
- A multi-sports zone with half-court for basketball and netball
- Picnic tables and shelter structures
- Swings, climbing structures and a sand play area
- A stainless steel slide designed with reduced heat absorption in mind
