Construction has commenced on the first 45 townhomes in Harriott’s sought-after townhome precinct. Geelong-based contractor Wellam is progressing with earthworks and design approvals have been finalised with local authorities.

The start of construction on Stage 9 in Harriott’s townhomes precinct marks a significant step in realising our masterplan vision.
