As more residents move into Harriott, our Armstrong Creek project team has been very busy. We have completed civil construction on 462 homes, including Stage 12 and 13 this year. Many residents now live in this wonderful community, with plenty of homes set to be built in the New Year.

This year, the Neighbourhood Shapers program by the Property Republic at Harriott has successfully kept residents informed and introduced several engaging initiatives. The Book Week competition was well received, with numerous children visiting the Street Library at Central Park. Our Lawn and Order award fostered a sense of healthy competition and showcased beautifully maintained gardens in Harriott. Additionally, we hosted a delightful morning tea with Santa, bringing festive cheer to the community.

Construction has began on Hilltop Park which is expected to open mid-2025. The park will feature a multi-sports zone, picnic shelters, swings, climbing structures, and a sand play area.

Next year will be an exciting year at Harriott, with construction commencing on the signalised intersection connecting Harkness Boulevard and Barwon Heads Road, as well as the first stage of townhomes.
