Just opposite Harriott, The Village Warralily includes a Woolworths, Aldi, gym, cafes, a dentist and medical centre, and a range of dining options. Slightly further afield, the Armstrong Creek Town Centre features close to 30 specialty stores and services.  

Excellent education is a short walk or bike from home, Harriott is zoned to Armstrong Creek School and Oberon High School. Residents can also access ample education opportunities in Geelong, and just a short commute away. 

Relax, play, and wander at nearby serene wetlands, green spaces, and parks. Not only will Harriott feature a 2km walking path, and central park for the community to enjoy but there is also a regional park with BBQ facilities and three different play zones nearby.

There’s a range of future and established amenities nearby to keep locals of all ages active every day of the week.

Kids can learn to swim at the King swim centre, and community sports will abound with nearby cricket, football, and netball clubs. The future 21-hectare regional active open space will only bring these activities closer to home. 

The future Sparrovale Wetlands will provide endless trails to explore, connecting to Lake Connewarre these wetlands will be over 500 hectares upon completion.

Kickstart your weekend with your four-legged friend at the nearest dog beach! It’s located west of Stingray Bay at Breamlea Beach, and it’s just 9 minutes’ drive from Harriott.
