Construction of Harriott’s ‘Green Spine’ has now been completed in perfect time to welcome our very first residents. The serene park with beautifully stretched-out green spaces has been designed for residents to relax, play and enjoy nature.
Throughout the linear park, you’ll see extensive native planting enriched with colours, attracting the native birdlife. There are steppingstones and inviting nesting huts that reflect the dry areas, ephemeral slopes, and unique wetlands frequented by the Curlew Sandpiper on its migratory journey to the neighbouring wetlands each summer. The expansive new public park has unveiled a new public artwork at the centre of the 94-hectare masterplanned community in Harriott, Armstrong Creek. This public art installation was designed by master fabricators Lump Sculpture Studio and landscape architects Spiire.
The Green Spine arterial runs through the centre of Harriott’s masterplan, which features a fitness circuit shaded by canopies of lush greenery, interconnected walkways, sprawling lawns, and secluded places for yoga and meditation. Additionally, it includes an Autumn Lawn and Urban Forrest with varied plantings and larger areas suitable for local markets and community events.
This milestone marks the progression of Harriott at Armstrong Creek. It reflects our vision to deliver housing projects that positively contribute to their surrounding environment.
