Jinding is thrilled to share with you the latest progress on site at Harriott, Armstrong Creek.

Across Stages 1, 2, and 3 it’s a very exciting time for our new community with 115 sites ready for new homes and many homes already underway. 

Harriott’s entry garden is also now complete featuring lush native plants, seating, and a stunning sculptural centre piece – our entry garden will greet you as you enter Harkness Boulevard.

For Stages 4 and 4B, sewer and drainage works continue to progress. Road works have also commenced with the installation of Class 3 Subbase underway. These works will see another 62 home sites, anticipated to settle in September 2022. 

At the centre of the masterplan, the landscaping of Harriott’s green spine continues to progress and is anticipated for completion in mid-2022.
