Home to idyllic days, Harriott has quickly become a growing community where residents walk their dogs through central park and stop by the Village Warralily to pick up their groceries.
Every day in this premium pocket in Armstrong Creek, discerning homeowners are beginning to build their homes close to shops, schools, and green spaces.
With Harriott’s masterplan now 71% sold and 52% of civil construction complete, this project has achieved much success across its lifetime. Look at the milestones achieved at Harriott, from its early days:
2018
Jinding acquired Harriott in October 2018 with an approved masterplan in place. Recognising the potential of the site, we began working with the City of Greater Geelong and consultants to create a revised masterplan with improved liveability and traffic flow.
2019
Enthusiastic first and second home buyers camped out to secure affordable land at Harriott’s launch event, where 75% of lots in the first land release contracted within the first hour of selling.
2020
Sales continued across Stages 1 to 3 at Harriott, and civil construction commenced on Stages 1 and 2 to prepare the land for the first homes to be built.
2021
Demand for land across Armstrong Creek’s Growth Corridor reached unprecedented levels. The first residents settled their land in Stages 1 and 2, as construction began on Stage 3.
The design for Harriott’s Central Park was also approved, with construction planned to ensure this central amenity would be available in time for Harriott’s first residents.
2022
Harriott welcomed residents in Stage 3, as civil construction commenced on Stage 4, 5, 6, 7, 8A, 8B and 11. The first homes were completed in Stages 1 and 2, alongside Harriott’s Central Park providing a central amenity for neighbours to meet and form neighbourly connections.
We began designing the future Hilltop Park inviting current and future residents to help inform its design with a series of workshops conducted by the property republic.
Harriott also received recognition for design innovation and was a shortlisted finalist in the Urban Developer Awards for excellence.
2023
We celebrated the settlements of 62 homes in Stage 4 which took place late 2022, with plans to complete civil construction on 287 home sites this year.
Working closely with council our team continue to advocate for the design of Harriott’s future Hilltop Park. The project team also continues to work closely with residents and the property republic on community building activities, to help residents in the community connect and thrive as Harriott continues to unfold.
Harriott is currently selling through Stage 12, which is anticipated to receive titles this calendar year. Featuring lots up to 517sqm with elevated views of neighbouring wetlands, and proximity to the future Hilltop Park, this release is perfect for families looking for spaces to play and elderly residents seeking a relaxed neighbourhood surrounded by nature.
