It’s with great delight that we share some highlights for the year to come. We have plans to release more sites for new homes and to commence construction on the future Hilltop Park. This park will create a wonderful play space for the growing community to form and make neighbourly connections.

There’ll be a hive of construction activity on site with plans to deliver close to 287 lots at Harriott this year, ready for more families to join our community.

As building activity continues, resident’s like Jenna will soon call Harriott home. For Jenna, the Armstrong Creek location was a key part of Harriott’s appeal. Being close to the future Sparrovale Wetlands and nearby green spaces was also a big attraction.

This is just the beginning. Throughout the year there’ll be plenty of opportunities to connect, whether it’s through Harriott’s Residents’ Group, our ‘meet your neighbours’ events, or the resident-run Facebook group.
