From new residents to early earthworks, the last 12 months at Harriott have been an exciting and busy time for construction.

The first residents across Stages 1 and 2 completed their build and began to call Harriott home. We also completed the settlements of 96 sites for new homes across Stages 3, 4 and 4B.

For Stages 5 to 8B and 11, works are currently underway, seeing another 205 lots set for completion and ready for new homes in 2023.

On the landscaping front, the completion of Central Park has provided green space for Harriott’s first residents to connect. Front yard landscaping is installed for some of our earliest residents with more to follow in the new year.

The Harriott Sales Suite will be closed from 22nd December 2022 and will reopen on the 7th of January 2023. For sales queries, please contact us via harriottarmstrongcreek@jinding.com.au and we will be in touch once we reopen.

The Jinding office will be closed from 15 December 2022 to 8 January 2023. We will respond to any customer queries received during the holiday period once we’re back on board on 9 January 2023.
